Looking for that daily driver that will deliver that consistent morning cup? Planadas is just that. We got a classic and clean municipality lot here from the homies at Cofinet. Grown between 1700-1900 meters, these Caturra and Typica varieties shine with balance and maintain nuance. Whether you drink your coffee black, or prefer to add a lil dairy or oats, this coffee has enough complexity and body to satisfy both camps.
Also makes for a ripping single origin espresso that plays well as a straight shot or a milk based good good (drink).
In the cup, I get a surprisingly present tartaric acidity a la golden raisins which is complimented by notes of orange and milk chocolates. A super comforting and sessionable cup right here.
